Don't worry, Amy! I stopped drinking bottled water a long time ago-ridiculous idea that was, but somebody got rich, huh?
Hey, if you do want to make those cookies, you can always use 1/4 cup of oat flour (Arrowhead Mills or put oats in the food processor and grind down to a smooth flour). I can't guarantee they'll have the same wonderful texture, but oat flour helps vegan cookies fall a bit instead of holding in round ball form all through baking. By the way, the main flour is King Arthur White Whole Wheat. Stone ground whole wheat will produce a rock! Happy Easter or whatever you guys celebrate, Amy...
