Vegweb's Crazy Good Banana Muffins

Wow, these Crazy Good Banana Muffins off VegWeb were crazy good!

I only made a few changes:
- I used 1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour and used 1 cup all purpose flour.
- I added about 1/4 cup dried cranberries because I wanted to use them up.

These turned out fantastic! Strong banana flavor and super moist... Yum :)

Nice Amy. I love banana bread. My family eats it with cream cheese, which is delicious. When I want to stay vegan, I just smear some peanut butter on it and pour a glass of soy milk-want to do that right now with yours. In fact, I might make something like this now...
