Dinner at Dad's 6/4/10

Another Friday and you know the drill... Wonderful vegan dinner courtesy of my fantastic Step Mom!

This weeks menu:

- Garlic & Black Bean (Asian Flavored) Tofu
- Seasoned Rice Noodles
- Veggie Stirfry, with some kind of amazing sauce
- Sticky Rice
- Vegan Egg Rolls

I plan to cook a bunch this weekend so I have a variety of leftovers for quick meals this week (A necessity for us vegans). Hopefully, I will have some successful kitchen experiences to share soon!
