Dinner at Dad's

Another Friday and another amazing vegan meal at Dad's. This week, my Step Mom cooked up some delicious Stuffed Peppers and a Vegan Chorizo & Potato type dish. The Stuffed Peppers are jazzed up a bit with a salsa and Tofutti Cream Cheese mixture.

I also had some salad with one of my favorite dressings... Poppyseed! I love Ralph's (Kroger) store brand Poppyseed Dressing, it's the bomb!

I had Pinapple Upsidedown Cake for dessert but inhaled it before I got to take a picture, sorry.  Can't wait to see what she serves up next week!
