INGREDIENTS:
12 ounces extra firm tofu, drained and pressed1/4 cup Iron Chef Sesame Garlic Sauce & Glaze
10 asparagus spears, tough ends snapped off and cut into 1" chunks
1 cup cauliflower, cut into small bite-sized pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
Sesame seeds (optional)

DIRECTIONS:
1) Complete all tofu and veggie preparation. Cut tofu into 1/2 inch cubes.2) Heat oil in a large nonstick pan on medium-high heat. Add tofu and fry until most of the tofu appears golden on all sides. Add prepared cauliflower and cook a few minutes. Add prepared asparagus and cook till tender crisp.
3) Turn off the burner and add sauce, mix around to evenly coat the tofu and veggies.
4) Serve with rice and garnish tofu and veggies with sesame seeds.
So easy and delicious!
Makes: 2 or 3 servings
Preparation time: Less than 5 minutes
Cooking time: 10 to 15 minutes
