If you can't tell my posts have been sporadic...
So much going on in my existence that I need a little break from so many things...
I will be back once I figure myself and my life out... Reevaluating how I am as a person...
Hopefully I will be back soon but gotta just deal....
This has nothing to do with my eating habbits, my next post will have nothing to do with something like such... Veganism is so important to me and I will never go back, just other heavier things: heartbreak, friendships, spirtuality, self destructive actions...
Peace, Love, Vegan <3

Sorry to read that life is not being kind to you at the moment. I do hope things fall into place for you. Until then take care. Thinking of you at this hard time.
Antidepressants. Get to know them!
thank you both for replying... antidepressants make me loopy and give me anxiety (which is what i struggle with already)... i just need some time to reflect... i am a pretty upbeat person in general but this week was rough... working out helps to brighten my spirit... tonight i was pretty depressed cause of stuff going on but i worked out and now i feel better :)
they give you anxiety? i recommend zoloft to all my patients.
hmmmm i think i tried that one, but it might have been when i was younger and i remember feeling sleepy?!... i tried 3 diff ones like a year ago and i felt like a crack head... my pupils were huge and i swear i felt like i was "cracked out"... it was bizarre
Have you tried medical marijuana? If you've already been prescribed anti anxiety or anti depressant meds, you can get a doctor's recommendation to try medical marijuana. There are strains out there that can help relax you, energize you or make you feel at ease. I volunteered at a dispensary before, saw all walks of life come in to get their weekly/daily meds. Old folks, teachers, lawyers, you name it. Many of them looking for alternatives to pills and unnatural chemicals. It's worth looking into. If you've had a bad experience with it in the past, I'm sure you could find the right strain for you. It really helps to bring perspective to your life. I've noticed since I started smoking 6 years ago that I've become more patient, tolerant and compassionate. I went veg around that time too. It really helped me re-evalutate my life and my goals. Don't believe the ridiculous stigma about pot heads. There are plenty ambitious and successful people who smoke on a daily basis. More people than you'd think.
weed is not my thing... i could smoke it everyday if i wanted too cause my bro has a card and it is always around... just don't dig the stuff, it gives me anxiety as well unfortunately, but thanks for the advice!
