- 1 can coconut milk (high in fat, mine has 14 grans per serving)
- 2 to 3 big handfuls frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup raw sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour in an ice cream maker and let it churn for 20 to 30 minutes... Walla! Vegan ice cream :)
